Lead Fashion Designer (March 2022 - Present)
In my role as Lead Fashion Designer at Janela Bay, I pioneered their first 6 clothing collections in a period of 5 months using Adobe Illustrator to engineer new patterns and color designs. I also helped to introduce important technical elements of design, such as tech packs and flat sketches, resulting in a quicker, more efficient design and production process.
Pattern Making Teaching Assistant (January 2022 - April 2022)
I worked as the Teacher Assistant for Pattern Making class where I got to assist the Head of the Department with grading, teaching class, and assisting her with students.
Fashion Design Internship (June 2021 - December 2021)

I had the opportunity to intern for Love Olive Co as a Fashion Designer where I got to design actual pieces for the store, find new supplier in Latin America, and research trends.

Also, I had the chance to work along the owner, Stephanie Tarnasky, and learn how to design for a target audience.

Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer (April 2021 - April 2022)

I worked as the Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator for the Career Center at Brigham Young University Idaho. I managed three instagram accounts owned by the school and create all sorts of designs and videos on Adobe for the different events the Career Center holds like Graduation, Power To Become, Career Fair, etc.

Assistant to Costume Designer (October 2019 - May 2020)

I had the opportunity to assist the Costume Designer of Brigham Young University Idaho and construct high end dresses for events in the school.

I was able to gain experience in the construction of garments valued $500 - $2000 dresses, which has helped me with my current designs and job opportunities.

Technical Design Internship (Mar 2014 - Mar 2015)

Gained experience by working in the manufacturing industry in Guatemala at a young age. I learned how to use several industrial machines and how to follow a tech pack from overseas. 

I also had learned how to work in a fast-paced environment at a young age where I worked along the technical design team creating the garment prototypes for the clients.
